Windows 10: 2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4503327)

I did this update and when it prompted me to restart so it could finish, I obliged...…...well when it took me to the startup screen it wouldn't load past it. No matter how many times I restarted my computer it would not load past it. I was able to boot into the BIOS and restore from a last know good configuration thankfully. But to say the least I wont be doing that update again. Not until I find out more about it. Has anyone else had this issue? If so is there anything I can do to prevent it?

When I try to integrate it into my Win10 x64 1809 WDS WIM with DISM I get an error the update's Unattend.xml wouldn't be compatible. If I try to add the CAB to the WIM with DISM I get an error Version mismatch! Weird, the Windows Server 2019 and Windows
10 x64 1809 cumulative updates have the same size. Perhaps they're the same by mistake while publishing them???

Updating clients running Windows 10 1809 x64 via WSUS or online is woking flawlessly!

2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems Won't download

So the 2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems won't download and I think it's jamming my fingerprint sensor as well. How do I fix this issue?
