Windows 10: 2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4507435)...

This update has been saying its updating in the settings update window and when it get's to 50 percent or so it starts over and won't fully install

i downloaded this patch manually from Microsoft Update Catalog but my computer still run on

.....search updating on computer.......

Windows Update KB4507435 failure

My dell xps is restarting daily without any warnings. The reason is that Windows 10 is trying to update Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x84 based Systems (KB4507435). It has already failed 9 times in the last 9 days
while automatically trying to restart the system. I keep on loosing my unsaved work every time I open my laptop the next day.

The error it shows is: Last failed attempt on 24/07/2019 - 0x800736b3

Could anyone suggest a solution for this?
