Windows Update and Windows Update Troubleshooter both create errors

1) Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.706)

3) Thanks, will do this later when able to restart my computer. Should I try Windows Update again after the restart or are there further steps to take?

2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4516058). Previously the install was version 1903 but kept failing.

This different from the other times I’ve checked for updates, but I uninstalled an intel driver updater, maybe this was the issue.

When I first contacted you I just wanted to be able to install the update: "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-08C" on the system the way it was.
