    2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4524149) -...


    I keep getting this message when I try to update my Windows 10 version 1803. I've run the installation troubleshooter and it shows repairs made. I've run sfc /scannow and the dism tools and still continue to get this error. I've tried the installation after the fixes and doing a clean boot but continue to get his error. I've also created a disc using the windows media installation exe.


    Using the disc I created with the media installation I've run:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4524149) -... :D:\sources\install.wim

    and the errors continue.


    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This has been going on since the release of the update on September 23, 2019. About ready to dump windows.
