Windows 10: 2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4524147)

Discus and support 2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4524147) in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have the same problem. Turned off Active Protection, Virus Checking and still no luck Update downloads, installs, reboots, and updates until it hits...     2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4524147)


    I have the same problem. Turned off Active Protection, Virus Checking and still no luck

    Update downloads, installs, reboots, and updates until it hits 98% Then the error message "We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes " appears.


    I've tried all internet available suggestions like "Delete Software Distribution Folder, Run Windows Update Troubleshooter, Enable App Readiness, Disable Automatic Updates, and Increase Windows System Reserved Partition Size"


    I've tried downloading and installing directly from the Microsoft Website.


    Any other ideas?

    And I'm updating thru settings--updates

    It seems that any update I attempt to install doesn't get installed.

    2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4505903) failed to install on ‎31-07-2019 - 0x80070017. I tried installing this update 4 times (It was downloaded again every time). Then, I just ignored
    that update and waited for the next one. 2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4512508) is the latest update I've received, but I get Install error - 0x80070017 during installation (after ~50%). Then, I ran windows
    update troubleshooter, opened this link and tried downloading 4508433 SSU
    Package (for x64 based systems), but nothing helped.

    How do I update Windows then? I don't want to do a system restore/clean install of Windows 10.

    If I skip this update, will I be able to update to the next feature/cumulative update?
