Windows 10: 2019-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517389) -...

I had the same problem last month... slightly different error code. I ignored it for a month, but when it resurfaced, I decided to try some of the advice from last month's post by Vijay Verma... I too am on the brink of a clean install.

Please advise.

What is wrong with this update?

The latest Windows 10 update KB4517389 fails to install. I get the following

I have tried running the update multiple times. I am a novice computer user. What do I need to do to correct this?

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
