2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems - failure to install

Have tried numerous times to download and install this update: 2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems (KB4550936. It downloads about 10% and then starts the install, which fails with error code 0x8000ffff. I'm not
certain just what to do. Please help!

 

2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4560960) -Error 0x800f0986

I used Windows check Update, and it was found for me "2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4560960)" as well as "Feature update to Windows10, version 2004". The latter had a comment to run after other updates in
my queue have completed. However, the cumulative update has been running for a whole day, going in a dead loop of downloading, installing, to getting things ready, without any error message on the screen.

1. How do I know what was wrong with the cumulative update?

2. Is the "Feature update to Windows10, version 2004" the same as "2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4560960)"? If so, should I stop and ignore the cumulative update and just run the 2nd Feature update?

 

Win 10 update 2004 - Cannot print document

That is strange, in Settings > Update & Security I see the following:

2020-06 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 (KB4552925)

Successfully installed 8/06/2020

When I go to Uninstall Updates, only the last entry is listed (KB4552925).

When I try wusa /uninstall /KB:4557957 in a CMD window, it tells me it is not installed.

I guess it was removed when I did the repair install.
