Windows 10: 2020-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4532693 -...

I've repeated tried installing this from Windows Update, but just get:


There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.


I then went to Microsoft Update Catalog and downloaded the file from there. All I get is:


The following updates were not installed

Update for Windows KB4532693


So how do you get this installed and what are the consequences of not doing so?

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
