    I cannot install January 14, 2020-KB4532938 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8

    I cannot install January 14, 2020-KB4532938 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903. It has now failed 7 times and I have used the troubleshooter to no avail. Not sure what to do from here.
