    starts the 'getting things ready" message for about 1 second, then red error message continues "your device is missing important security and qualityfixes.'

    Slow to load hung up 2020-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4556799)

    12 PLUS attempts at downloading this release

    all have failed. I have attempted using many of the suggested fixes to no avail. The most recent attempt were the fixes shown on this page. Always fails at steps 6 to 7; goes to restart.
