Windows 10: 2020-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4565351 -...

Keep getting this error while trying to install the update. I've tried restarting, stop/starting the windows update service via command prompt and start/stopping bits service, along with clearing out the download folder in windows/software. I've seen help articles regarding problems with this update but all with a different error, something with an "f' in it that don't seem to address this error which has to do with a missing assembly from what I've been able to find about the error code.


Any help would be appreciated.

I do my windows update regularly every month but this month I have a problem that my windows doesn't update and it keep showing error and show me this "2020-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4565351) - Error 0x800f0989"..

I try to fix it but I couldn't get a solution...

I am unable to do windows update for KB4565351. After multiple trials also I am getting same error

The 2020-08 Cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 for x64-ystems (KB4565351) is available however it is a whoppig 84,8 GB.

While looking for comments on this update I find plenty issues but nothing in the size.

To me 84,8 GB seems absurd and a fault.

Any more people having this update with this size, possibly experience with running it?
