Windows 10: 2020-12 Cumulative Update Blue screened my PC

Last night i updated my pc as normal with the update "2020-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x86-based Systems (KB4592438)" and that next morining it was blue screened. All it said was "Preparing Automatic Repair" once i tried to repar it, it came up with this "D:\windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt" was the problem. So i rolled back the update and after 2 hours of waiting my pc finally went to the home screen. But now im trying to hold off the updates from blue screening my pc again. What should i do? Any Suggestions?

Slow to load hung up 2020-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4556799)

2020-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4556799)

all have failed. I have attempted using many of the suggested fixes to no avail. The most recent attempt were the fixes shown on this page. Always fails at steps 6 to 7; goes to restart.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
