Windows 10: 2020 Cumulative updates for Net framework3.5 and 4.8for windows 10 version 1909 and...

I have been trying for months to get both of these updates to load on my system every time I get a failed install attempt. How can I get this update to load? Anyone out there that can help me please?

I've got a Lenovo Flex 14 running Ryzen 5 and keep getting

2020-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64 (KB4537572) - Error 0x800f0900

and

2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4549951) - Error 0x800f0900

I've made sure to get all prerequisite updates and manually downloaded these two when the automatic updates didn't install. Still haven't been able to install.

2020-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4556799)

all have failed. I have attempted using many of the suggested fixes to no avail. The most recent attempt were the fixes shown on this page. Always fails at steps 6 to 7; goes to restart.
