Windows 10: 2021-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4601319)...

This update arrived quite some time ago, a few weeks? And it has been stuck at Downloading 0% since then. I have rebooted my laptop several times, but it is always just Downloading 0%. Is this blocking other updates from coming through because I am not seeing any other updates either.

Very slow booting and shutting down (tens of minutes)

Thanks dalchina, it isn't needed anymore. The issue is solved. I have uninstalled two updates:

• 2021-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4601319)
• 2021-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 20H2 for x64 (KB4601050)

and the problem disappeared.

• Quality Update: 2021-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 20H2 for x64 (KB4601050)

and the problem is solved. I don't know which of those 2 caused the issue. I suspect KB4601319 since its uninstallation took much longer. Thanks both of you for guidance.

I am thinking now whether should I risk installing those updates again or rather do fresh install of the system.

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
