Windows 10: 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5020044 made...

This morning I installed 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5020044 and right after I restarted, Windows switched my PC to Arabic language and layout. The search menu is corrupted "see screenshot". How to fix this mess!!
