I have tried just about everything I can try, and even called the Microsoft support folks, and spent 3 hours trying to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas how to get past this issue? I've not been able to get ANY Cumulative Update since 2022-08 loaded. I don't have any device drivers showing as malfunctioning. I've even tried it with ALL external USB devices disconnected.Processor AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core Processor 3.50 GHz Installed RAM 64.0 GB System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 Installed on ‎10/‎27/‎2021 OS build

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated I have exhausted every avenue possible to try and fix this and it keeps failing the install, sometime the download as well.
