How do I fix this update? I have tried to fix this myself, but the update never seems to work. Can I have an official fix so this can be resolved?Kind regards,Tamsyne.

KB5019274 is an optional, non-security update. It's not compulsory to install it.

However, if you want to install this update, please upload your CBS logs for analysis. 0x800f0831 means source files could not be found.

Please upload your CBS logs. Here's how to collect them:



1. Open the folder "C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\"

2. Select all files, right-click on the section, click Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder.

3. Click Yes when you see the following prompt:



Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here.



Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?



4. Upload the zip file to your OneDrive/Dropbox and share the link here.

The superseded update packages are causing the issue. May I know the exact OS build/version of your computer? You can find that by typing VER in Command Prompt.

Also, please run this command from a Command Prompt window:

• reg export "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing" "%TEMP%\cbsregistry.txt"
  

Open your %TEMP% folder and upload the file "cbsregistry.txt" to your OneDrive.
