Windows 10: 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5023706..

This update ruins my settings from the TASKBAR X app where it makes my taskbar transparent. I have to uninstall this update everytime. There are no other apps that make my taskbar transparent with my Display. How can I fix this issue or not have this update install automatically please,

Gives '2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706) Install error - 0x800f0831'. Do you have any other advice?

I have a problem with 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706) failing to install and no troubleshooter or any special techniques work, I'll even do the fixes that 0x800f0988 says I should do and nothing works. please Microsoft please fix your goddam software. I haven't been able to update windows since like late January or early February.
