Windows 10: 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5037771....

The update keeps stuck on 92% and after a few seconds it shown me a text of "Something didn't go as planned. No need worry-undoing changes, Please keep your computer on." And it happen about 2 or 3 times then it put me back on the lock screen.13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-13700HX16.0 GB ram

Windows significantly slower AFTER Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037771)

Hello,

Earlier this week Windows pushed 2 cumulative updates to my system:

2024-05 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5037591)

2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037771)

After the required reboot, performance is about 15x SLOWER than before the update.

I've used Norton Utilities to clean up unnecessary files, optimize memory, repair the registry, etc. No significant improvement.

Based upon an entry regarding Windows 11 Core Isolation memory, I assume that the update has changed a setting in my registry, and the memory usage isn't correct.

Any ideas on how I can improve performance? Here is my system info:
