hi, my laptop told me that a update is under way. for the past 20 minuets its been stuck at 0% and a few times it said failed please re try, I need this fixed as it is for some reason drawing alot of power when I am playing a game. and my cpu starts to over heat during games witch it has never done. even know, with only opera gx open, the fans are still at work as its trying really hard to install this so called update. im not getting any error codes or nothing as of right now. I just realized my pc was taking in more power then it should be and found this out. for now I paused the update so i

I have been trying to update 2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034204), but whenever I try to download and install, I am getting the following error Install error - 0x80070002

I have tried numerous times to get the following update done, but it always fails and then removes all the changes from my computer. Is this update necessary?
