Windows 10: 20H2 has broken my power settings and won't report to apps that I'm AFK

Just updated to 20H2, first I noticed was that Discord was no longer sending notifications to my phone after being AFK for 1min like my Discord settings are set to. I also have my monitors to turn off after 15min, and they are not doing so. I have tried using powercfg REQUESTOVERRIDE, but constantly get an invalid parameters error.



powercfg requests shows various audio drivers such as "Steam Streaming Speakers" and VoiceMeeter lines (I use VoiceMeeter Banana but I also used it before updating), "USB Audio Device" (I use a Headphone Amp/DAC but unplugging it did not remove this), and "Legacy Kernel Caller".



Honestly, I'd like to just override those if that's the issue, but like I said I just get invalid parameters error when trying to do so. I've googled a ton and seen many people complaining about 20H2 causing power plan issues, but usually it's their laptops going to sleep or something which I don't use. I just use it to turn off my monitor, but more importantly, send my Discord notifications to my phone.

EDIT: I think I may have fixed it. I recently switched to Voicemeeter banana from regular Voicemeeter, but I still believe I did so BEFORE 20H2 update (idk I had to "finish updating" 20H2 like 5 times). The bus settings and whatnot are all the same in Banana, but I decided to switch back to regular (they are both installed simultaneously), and set the monitor to turn off after 1 minute and it worked this time. I may try and see why Banana would be doing anything different, I don't see why it should, but hopefully this works. I don't know if I have a way to test a discord notification at the moment, but I will see tomorrow.

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

Hi H. G.,

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.
