Windows 10: 3 monitor not working

Hi,I have "uninstalled" an app by accident. I thought I had downloaded a program with a visus. I quickly looked at the program with the last date, and uninstalled it.Now my 3rd screen is not working. It shows it in the "settings - Display" as a faded "3".I have tried to do a "Restore" twice, but has been unsuccesful as the Viris Protector has caused an issue. I have also tried doing a resore without success. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the file I uninstalled. Think it may have had to do something with graphics.So the issue is - re-installing this program on my computer, what e

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps you.

• 
  Right click "Start" and select "Control Panel" (Open classic Control Panel).
  
• 
  In the right corner -> View by: "Small Icons".
  
• 
  Display.
  
• 
  Change Display Settings.
  

Now you will see the traditional display configuration screen.

• 
  Select ("black/gray") extended monitor.
  
• 
  Make sure "Multiple displays" is not set to "Disabled.
  
• 
  Select apply once done for all displays.

Surface Laptop 3 with external monitor

Hi All,

Has anyone come across an issue with an external monitor blacking out while connected to a Surface Laptop 3? I have the laptop connected to a widescreen laptop with the Surface Dock. Both work fine however, once every hour or so the external monitor blacks out and comes back.

I've completed the following:

• Updated laptop drivers and firmware
  • Updated monitor drivers
  • Swapped out monitor
