Windows 10: 31.9 GB installed ram

My 2080ti failed and at that time I had the FULL 32gb ram installed
Using an RX580, until the RMA is completed, I now only have 31.9GB and sometimes I'll even see 31.5GB installed ram.

I have checked for errors, none found
Reseated the ram, Didn't work
Swapped sticks and ports, Didn't work.

TridentZ Neo GSkill 3600mhz 4x8gb
AMD Ryzen 3900x

Also, along the way I had inadvertently formatted my OS drive so I'm working on a fresh install that's up-to-date.
Resource Monitor shows 0MB is reserved and shows I physically have 32716mb

To assist you better, let us know the build of Windows 10 installed in your system and did you check updating the BIOS.

• Type administrative tools in the Search bar

My laptop has 12 GBs of RAM installed, but it said that only 2.41 GBs of RAM is usable. How do i change this.

Done. It didn't detect any problem but then it still says that that only 2.41 Gigabytes are usable. Im even adding a photo showing the problem. Take a look at the Installed RAM.
