Windows 10: 32 bit program fails to run after Win 10 update 3-6-20

Discus and support 32 bit program fails to run after Win 10 update 3-6-20 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I use an old, obsolete Canon photo editing program ZoomBrowser that has run fine on Win 10 UNTIL the updates that were installed after 3-6-20.     32 bit program fails to run after Win 10 update 3-6-20


    I use an old, obsolete Canon photo editing program ZoomBrowser that has run fine on Win 10 UNTIL the updates that were installed after 3-6-20. Now the program starts then immediately shuts down. I think this was after KB 4541388 which mentions known problems with 32 bit programs. Following the suggested work-around is far beyond my capabilities.


    So my questions... Is there any way to lodge a complaint with Microsoft? Do they ever fix the things that they mess up with their continuous updates to Win 10?

    Win 10 64 bit wont run 32 bit programs after running the comparability it says it's okay but still does not work. Went from XP to win 7 64 bit clean install after that the program Print Artist 4.0 Ulead IPhoto Express quit working.

    On a second PC I went from XP to win 7 32 bit and the software print artist runs fine. I Then upgraded that machine to win 10 32 bit and the Print Artist Program continues to runs fine.

    How do I fix this issue with win 10 64 bit machine to run that software the error message is cannot execute D:\\IPEeng\setup.exe wont run..

    Running a 32 bit program on a 64 bit computer

    I have a set of Ford service manuals I was given by the group that I bought my hardware and tuning software for my truck from. These run fine in a 32 bit Win 7 system, but will not install or run in a 64 bit Win 7 or 10 system. Is there any way to force
    then to run as a 32 bit program. Nothing in the compatibility mode seems to allow a selection for 32 bit install. I can still use my 11 year old HP Pavilion, as I was able to add a second hard drive and install a 32 bit Win 7 OS on it (won't take 64 bit).
    It is rather slow booting at best and I don't know how much longer it will continue to work.

    How can I load a 32 bit cd onto win 10? I want to run my 32 bit CAD pgm. but can't load from the CD. Step by step in plain English please.
