32-bit program keeps crashing on WIN10

we have several PCs running the same program "ACSM_DAQ" with the instrument, but recently it keeps crashing after windows 10 updates quietly, although we turned off the update. I searched in the community and tried run the AppCrashView, following auggy's thread: Windows 10 32 bit crashes after a clean installation - Microsoft Community. below is the content of AppCrashView: Version=1EventType=CLR20r3EventTime=132761741405329700ReportType=2Consent=1UploadTime=132761741408377878ReportStatus=268435456ReportIdentifier=38526947-7a81-4791-9021-50aca5be0a1aIntegratorReportIdentifier=5071b7c7-92f9-4a

    Dual Boot Win10 64 bit and Win10 32 bit

When I originally installed Win10 I installed the 32 bit version. I have a blank drive, and would like to install the 64 bit version on that, creating a dual boot system.

What are the steps I need to follow? I'm reasonably intelligent but not tech savvy.

    Win10 32 to 64 bit

I have an activated (licensed) copy of Win10 Pro 32 bit on my PC which was upgraded (free) from Win7 Pro. Am I able to use the Media Creation Tool to install the 64 bit version and will it allow me to keep all my apps and just overwrite the Win10 32 bit
files? Also, if I can do the upgrade, will the SW recognize the present activated copy already installed or will I have to use the Win7 Pro activation key?

32-bit program keeps crashing on WIN10

    Migrating from Win7 Pro 32-bit to Win10 Pro 32-bit to Win10 Home 64-bit

My current computer started life with Win7 Pro 32-bit, and then I upgraded to Win10 Pro 32-bit with the free upgrade last summer. Now I'd like to switch to Win10 HOME 64-bit to take advantage of the extra memory I installed with my new mother board and CPU
last week on which Win10 Pro 32-bit is running.

Can this change to 64-bit Win10 HOME be accomplished using the activation code from my current Win10 Pro 32-bit (essentially the activation code from Win7 Pro), or must I purchase a HOME edition?
