Windows 10: 3D Builder "Please wail..." for hours

Hello,


I'm using 3D Builder for a few days and i'm confused about "Please wait..." message in the right lower corner. If i try to SUBSTRACT or MERGE two simple objects, this message appears and nothing happen for hours. Looks like the 3D Builder is doing nothing. When I check using the Task manager CPU usage is 0% and RAM consumption is 2.1MB.


My configuration is:

Windows 10 x64 Profesional

CPU Intel i7 (8700K)

16GB RAM DDR4

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB


Can you please help my somehow. I like this software, but it is not working.

3D Builder keeps closing

I suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
• Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.
