Windows 10: 3D Paint Text Box Issue

Hi,

I'm having some issues with 3D paint? Every time I write a text and leave it to set, the text just disappears!
I've tried resetting the app and computer, uninstalling and then installing the app again, but nothing works.

Paint 3D Text Box Issue

Hello,

Im working with 3D Paint & I am having issues with any text box I create, after I am done writing out my bit I click off the box to set permanently and only half the text appears, it always cuts the right half of the text off. Why is this happening? Im working
with a .PNG image.

Please help, thanks!

Also why isnt there a Paint 3D option to select when posting a question?

 

Paint 3D Text

Step 1: click the Text tab in Paint 3D

Step 2: On the right pane that appears, under 2d text, click the 3 text 'T' symbol

Step 3: click on the canvas then type your text

Step 4: click outside of the text box

Step 5: use the anchors to adjust the depth and angles

Step 6: to see your 3D text better, click the object then click Edit color, choose a different color.

Also, as an initial troubleshooting step, try resetting the app from App & features:

• Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
• Click Apps.
• Select App & features.
• Locate Paint 3D and click Advanced Options.
• Click Reset.
