Windows 10: 3D printer install

I tried to link my Ender 3 3D printer to my laptop so I could send objects to print to printer but when I tried to add it it wouldn't pop up.

1. Have you tried printing any normal document on your computer?
   

Method 1:

I would suggest you to download the latest software
Click here from flash forge and see if that works. You may also contact printer support if does not get the option to make changes in Flash forge.

Old printer installation gives Status:Error

Denis - I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by: " I suggest you click on your Start menu's HP group..."

However, I carried out your steps 2 and 3 and removed the printer then restarted the PC and the printer returned so nothing achieved. Could you please elaborate on step 1, thanks.
