Windows 10: a blue screen bug and suspect it is related to Avast Free Antivirus

It all started when I opened a computer game, which triggered a blue screen error code: system_thread_exception_not_handled, followed by occasional PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA errors. I found online that this might be related to drivers, so when I used HP Support Assistant to check for driver updates, I encountered a blue screen with error code DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION. After using WinDbg, it showed that the main issue was 'Unable to verify timestamp for aswArPot.sys'. I found that aswArPot.sys seems to be related to Avast. BsoD after installing AVAST Antivirus

I installed Avast antivirus and after restarting my PC i got a blue screen with error code STOP: 0x0000007B (BsoD), It was working perfectly fine prior to that. I used AVG Antivirus before avast but i didn't quite
like it so i uninstalled it using control panel.

Now i'm getting a blue screen whenever i try to boot my PC, I also tried booting into safe mode but the result didn't change i got the same blue screen. I use windows 7, I don't have any restore point created and i don't
have a windows installation disc.

If you've previously encountered issues with Malwarebytes then you may want to avoid using it.

If Avast and Adwcleaner find no malware issues then you may have eliminated any problems though the use of "Torrents" may expose your computer to additional risks.
