    A CMD window will pop up and disappear while using my PC


    So the last few weeks this window will pop up when first logging on Windows and then throughout the day while I'm working on my PC a CMD window with the same path file will sporadically pop up and disappear. This is one of the only times it was up long enough that I could screen grab it before going away. I've tried the repair kit for .NET Framework and it did nothing. Windows Defender does not see it as a threat. What is going on?

    Weird CMD windows popping up

    Process Explorer

    Leave it running in the background. It will track everything running on the system, but when a process closes Process Explorer highlights it red and leaves it visable for awhile. So when the window pops up, switch over to Process Explorer quickly and see what is red before it disappears.

    CMD window appears and disappears

    Since yesterday in Windows 10 Command prompt window appears and disappears. It opens up and closes as quickly as it popped up. In the cmd window it says " c:\Windows\system32\ipconfig.exe
