    An issue with my computer is blocking the VAC system

    Ever since I've moved my Steam folder to an external hard drive, I've been having all sorts of problems with the VAC system. Whenever I try to play online, I'm almost immediately automatically kicked with a warning that an issue with my computer is blocking
    the VAC system and cannot play on secure servers. I have since then tried repairing the drive using the built in Windows tool, used the bcdedit command, used Steam Service to repair the application, a few other things that I can't recall right now. I've also
    contacted Steam about this, and they say it's an issue with my Windows PC and not Steam. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

    Edit: One thing I should've mentioned is that I haven't engaged in any illegal cheats or mods or anything of the sort with any of my Steam games.

    Err dude you can still play, but not on VAC servers. BUT. You are disgraceful for using cheats *Smile A connection to the Steam VAC servers could not be made [Fix] :). Only way to get around VAC is to make a new account, and buy the games again *Stick Out Tongue A connection to the Steam VAC servers could not be made [Fix] :p, AND NOT CHEAT.
