Windows 10: A design issue on the task bar

1. My PC was opened for more than 2 days
2. many programs windows were opened like eclipse, notepad, firefox, Jmeter and folders window

3.when I moved any window towards the task bar then the task bar background is hidden but icons over it are displayed on front of the program window which is a bug in the design see attached screen shot

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

task bar not responding

Please answer the following:

• Have you made any recent changes or installed updates before the task bar stopped responding?
• Was the task bar working after you have created the user profile?
• Have you checked if the issue also exists with the other user profiles?
• What build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
