To understand the issue better, I would like to know what is the model number of the Cannon Printer?

For now, I suggest you to go to the below link and try downloading
Solution Menu EX. Now try installing them in compatibility mode and check.

Yesterday Microsoft updated our Windows 10. Now our Canon MG6100 printer is not working properly - the Solution Menus EX is missing - with the same message as above - a driver supporting the Menu is not installed. Consequently, we no longer have the tools
needed to operate our printer properly and at the very least our scanner has been completely disabled. Can Microsoft please restore the driver that was removed yesterday ASAP! Thank you.

I finally upgraded to windows 10. I am now getting this message at start up-
"A driver supporting Solution Menu Ex is not installed."

What do I do? I saw canon printer was mentioned in some of the posts. I do have a Canon all in one.
