    A folder keeps showing up on my C: Drive


    A folder randomly showed up named "ZjExNjNiYjNiYjc2MmJl" then it has suspicious contents inside. I scanned using different antivirus but anti viruses says its clean. But lately i keep getting "ads" on google whenever im searching some stuff.



    Here's the folder:

    then here's the content of it:

    C: Drive Admin Share Keeps Enabling

    Hi,



    Thank you for your response.



    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.


    • Press Windows +E,

    • Right click on C: drive.

    • Select Sharing Tab.

    • Click on Advanced Sharing.

    • Uncheck “Share this folder”.

    Hi Viva,

    If you recently made some changes on your machine and needs to access
    C: drive
    , you can do it by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + E.
    • On the left pane, click This PC. It will show you list of different folders. For
      C: drive, it may look like this.

    For us to isolate the issue, did you install/download anything prior to this folder showing up on your C: drive? We suggest that you first run a scan on the folder to check if there's any potential virus/malware.
