  1. A little quirk that happened regarding KB4457128

For some reason, my laptop had the latest cumulative update, KB4457128, installed successfully twice. I do not know what caused this little quirk to happen. Nothing seems to be wrong with my laptop; I'm just curious as to why this happened.

    :)

  2. 3Colors Win User

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond A little quirk that happened regarding KB4457128 :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.

    6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
    Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

What happened to the old 8.1 screen saver

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

I would suggest you un-install and re-install the software and see if that helps.

    Try the following steps:

    • Press windows + R keys to open Run command
    • Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
    • look for this software and uninstall it.

    Re-install the software and check.

    Regards,
