Windows 10: A lot of problems have appeared after upgrading from Win 10 to Win 11

I upgraded Win 10 to Win 11 in Lenovo Notebook last December. Then a lot of problems have appeared.1 The laptop always restart after I turned off it. Sometimes it restarts immediately. Sometimes its restart after 5 or 10 minutes. I tried to close all the programs before I turned off. It still restarts! I tried to stop window update automatically. It still restarts! 2 Sometimes the laptop takes a lot of time to turn off even though I I closed all the programs before switching off. My laptop was bought last year. Before upgrading the Window, it is very fast to turned off.3 Sometimes USB

Win 10 1511 10586

Been on Win 10 for about 6 weeks upgraded from Win 7. Win Update listed Above update avail. Loaded it but it failed at restart. Could not then restart PC. Used repair disk to boot and system restore back to orig Win 10 ver. Got error 0x80000fff problem
during restore which appears to be a vista / win 7 restore issue. Fix will not run on Win 10. Any suggestions

 

is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?
