    ive gotten this error atleast 10 times cause once it appeared 3 times in a row and idk what to do ive tried excluding the process from the antivirus cause it said it was a virus at one point and ik its not its false positive so idk what to do and i dont want to take my computer to the best buy causee they wait around like ididots before they fix my computer -_-

    This issue usually occurs because the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)
    uses the manufacturer driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

    To resolve this, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Trusted Platform Module. To do so, see the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager on the device on which you are experiencing the issue
    • Uninstall the Trusted Platform Module driver.

    I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1: I suggest you to follow below steps and check.

    Step 1: I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

    • Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
    • Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
    • Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
