Windows 10: a new guard page for the stack cannot be created - laptop frozen

This morning my laptop has a white screen with a box containing this message: a new guard page for the stack cannot be created. At the top of the box is Phoneexperiencehost.exe System Error. My laptop is running Windows 10. It is completely frozen. I cannot turn it off. When I hold down the power button the screen stays white, the error box disappears and then reappears.

When I open This PC in my device and scroll down then Windows Explorer resets and get closed. After reboot
into Safe Mode, doing that gives
"A new guard page for the stack cannot be created" error and Windows Explorer resets again. Curiously, switching the account solved the problem. Why this happens in this way? I searched on the Internet
and only found
this which didn't worked.
