Windows 10: A newbie question

I am no gamer. The only video game console I have is Play Station 2. Enough said.

I have an Irulu 9" 16GB Android 4.4 tablet and a Surface RT tablet.
Irulu has a micro USB port while Surface RT has a 2.0 USB port.
I am wondering if there is a game control ( like the one in PS2) that can be connected to the tablet so I can play the games more efficiently, or less stupidly in my case.
I think there is such an animal. I need product recommendation for less than $40 US.

the phone has eng and heb software



my questions:

1 - are there any SW updates available to this model

2 - what does the qw in the phone product description mean

3 - does anyone have a list of the language codes

4 - the phone has eng and heb software and keyboard, the letter mapping of the keyboard both eng and heb is correct. the punctuation (hypen, pound sign, colon, period etc) is NOT correct. does anyone know where to get an alternate keyboard that is correctly
mapped?

(I presume this is a phone imported by the independent dealer who then burned eng heb software on it as it is different from the product codes I see are sold by the cell companies in Israel)

Only yesterday, Jan 23rd, did I receive the Gamepad !

I am unable to use it on games.
It's Bluetooth connected and I can go as far as using the gamepad to select the games from my Android 4.4 tablet . But, it does nothing to play the game.
I am relatively familiar with the game controller. I have PlayStation 2 and I used the wireless controller.

I kind of think the gamepad is only good for specific type of games.
If so, how to find those games from Google Play store ?

Update.........................
My Bluetooth keeps turning off by itself when I tried to play with Gamepad Controller. The game started and Bluetooth was turned off. So, it's a no go for me.
I have a cheap Irulu tablet.

 

I have a Dell Windows Tablet, but I had trouble with my Bluetooth keyboard. I fixed it by going into the settings and not allowing the device to low-power or power-down Bluetooth. (Windows would put the Bluetooth radio in low power mode if it wasn't used for a few minutes). I'm sorry, I don't have an Android device to check the settings right now, but look into any Bluetooth or power settings you can.

I have managed to play Space Invader with the gamepad. Bluetooth did stay on.

It was turned off last time I tried to play something that requires large file download. Forgot the name as I uninstalled it after several tries.
Will try on Sniper Fury and see if that goes.

 

That does not work. Probably it was not from Gamepad list of games.
Downloading now Modern Combat 5: Blackout.
