Windows 10: A problem about the version10

I downloaded version 10 of Windows Version Name: Win 10_22h2_Arabic_x64 and 32-bit system type and when I install the version, something unexpected happens and tells me: This application cannot be run on your computer. To find your computer version, check out the program publisher. This is my computer information in the photos and I tried all methods on the Microsoft website. Is there a way yet to install Microsoft Image Pro version10 on Windows 11?

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
