Windows 10: A problem has occurred. 0xA00F4240 <Unknown> (0x80131502) Camera App

Hello, we have a problem with our camera app.

Click Set Options in the Camera App to appear as if you have inserted an image. So the built-in webcam works.
I'd like to know if it's a hardware problem or a software problem, so I ask for help.

0xA00F4240<Unknown> (0x80004003) error on my pc/mac for camera

I need to take a photo on camera on my pc/ mac. the camera doesn't work and displays:

0xA00F4240<Unknown>(0x80004003)

WHAT DO I DO???

 

Intergrated camera not working. Error code: 0xA00F4240<Unknown> (0x80070001)

1. The troubleshooter didn't find anything.

2. I didn't find any apps that use Camera.

3. Resetting also didn't fix the issue.

4. After uninstalling and reinstalling the Camera App, my laptop's camera light started blinking, but the same
0xA00F4240<Unknown> error message appeared on the screen.

 

0xA00F4240<Unknown> (0x800706BE) Surface 4 Camera not working

I used to have the error code 0xA00F4246 <AllCameraLoadAttemptsFailed>, but now this new error code 0xA00F4240<Unknown> (0x800706BE) , which is unknown on the net. But I guess it is the same issue as the 0xA00F4246.

I have tried most/all of the suggestions to fix the camera issue 0xA00F4246 , but nothing works. Even reinstalling the entire win 10 pro system.

I have a Surface 4 with win 10 pro latest version.

It is both cameras, front and back, so I suspect it is something related to win10 and the camera drivers.

Does anyone have any new ideas, maybe someone from Microsoft?
