a problem with a security alert popping up

I just turn on my Dell laptop Inspiron 15-3541 OS Win 10 Home 32 bit. I am on my backup laptop and backup ISP. The primary ISP is down. The Dell laptop has no internet connection but I keep getting this "Security Alert" window on the Dell. See the Dropbox link Dropbox - security.jpg - Simplify your life I don't know what this Security Alert thing is and it just started popping up this morning when I turned on the Dell laptop. I don't want to connect the Dell to the internet until I figure out what this Security Alert thing is. I even went as far as screen captured the Security Alert window on the Dell with the camera in my cell phone. I didn't want to take a chance of infecting the HP laptop by moving the screen capture file via a USB flash drive. Can someone please help me. The Dell laptop is my primary computer. The HP laptop I only use to read instruction files, look at game maps and so on.

    :)

Keep getting Security Certificate Alert popups

    Hello,

If you are getting security alert pop-ups, it is possible that those pop-ups are fraudulent and might trick you into clicking them to have those 'fixed', or that your security settings are set too high. For us to isolate the issue about these security alert
pop-ups, kindly respond to the questions below:

    • Do these pop-ups appear with every website that you visit?
    • Have you checked if these websites are safe to visit?
    • Do these pop-ups appear when you visit the same website using another web browser?
    • May we have a screenshot of these pop-ups? This is for us to see the pop-ups.

We look forward to your prompt response.
