    A problem with Microsoft Store and downloading apps


    I have ver. 1803 of Windows 10 currently installed, and there has been talk of the fall creators edition. When I attempt to d/l apps using several methods, it seems they don't have my device listed or registered. It used to be easy but it seems there have been changes. Is anyone else having problems or been able to solve similar problems recently with the Microsoft Store apps?

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    Unable to download app from Microsoft Store

    We would like to know what’s the result after running the apps troubleshooter. Please refer to this
    link
    if you wish to download the troubleshooter.

    In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

    • Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
    • Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.
    Kindly keep us updated.
