Windows 10: A problem with my joystick

Hello there, I kinda have a weird peoblem...well when I plug in my joystick and want to play a game the game just doesn't run and when I remove it from the lap the game runs normally this happens with GTA V game and with Tsubasa rise of new champion but with other games no problem idk why ..I have tried to search on it but in vain..hope you can help me and btw I use x360 64

Joystick suggestions.

Hi guys, I am looking for a new joystick but not sure which to go for, since I love this place I figured suggestions wouldn't go amiss here.

Problems are, I need a left handed joystick, or something which fits very comfy in the left hand and has access to the buttons, throttle control with seperate throttle if possible so I can move the throttle away and pedals (for yaw) but I've not seen many joystick with these. money isn't much of an issue but the cheaper the better. Cheers.

You can try few troubleshooting steps and check if that helps. Run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Tap on Windows + I on the keyboard.
   
2. Click on Update and Security.
   
3. Select Troubleshoot option.
   
4. Now click on Hardware and Devices and
   Run the troubleshooter.
