    Problem signature

    Problem event name: LiveKernelEvent

    Code: 117

    Parameter 2: fffff80270aef99c

    Parameter 3: 0

    Parameter 4: 0

    OS version: 10_0_19041

    Service Pack: 0_0

    Product: 768_1

    OS Version: 10.0.19041.2.0.0.768.101

    Local ID: 1033

Windows update have failed since sometime in July. The error code I keep getting is Ox80073712
    Troubleshooter can't help.
Tried the DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth. Gave error code 87 unknown. I tried it with and without the hyphen
    between Cleanup image.
There were other failures listed in the problem reports but they all seemed to be software related. The one that keeps repeating is

    WindowsWcpOtherFailure3

Don't know if this is something failing in the computer or if it is a software issue.
    Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, James

    :)
