    Is there an MS forum for developers where you can ask any questions and resolve things related to web and C programming? So far I've found https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/. Is that the right one? Not registered yet. And I'm interested in MS territory only.Haven't found a better place to ask this.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
