Windows 10: A Random file keeps appearing in my AppData Roaming.

I'm noticing that ever time on startup a new file called ow-electron keeps coming back. Even after I delete it, it comes back on startup. Windows defender and MalwareBytes say that nothing is there, but it keeps coming back and I don't wanna lose any of my data.Anybody know how to get rid of this?

Roaming AppData folder appears in OneDrive

Hello

In my Onedrive, I have a folder called E:\OneDrive\Kiki - appdata\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows with 2 subfolders, Recent and Start Menu.

I dont quite understand why it's there and not in the normal appdata section in C:\Users\Kiki\AppData\Roaming. I've tried to reset the location of the Roaming folder to default but no that hasn't helped.

If anyone can provide a fix, that would be lovely!
