Windows 10: A silly problem with creating new folder

First I want to thank microsoft corporation for windows 10 that was a great effort


I just have a silly problem when I right click then New ( to create a new folder ) the computer goes to a long lag then nothing happened


Actually I create a new folder from shortcut alt+shift+N


but I'm very sad that a big windows like windows 10 may include such silly problems


anyway I hope to find future fixes for such problems

• Press CTRL + SHIFT + N.
• A new folder should be created.
• Creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut.

It's working for me. But my new folder option is not working anywhere not in desktop as well as not in file explorer. Whenever I am placing my cursor on new folder option, its first spinning for few seconds then goes to close the file
explorer and refresh the desktop once.
