Windows 10: A steam game issue

Hello dear commnuity hub. My game, ''left 4 dead 2'' is crashing in mid game or starting loading screen or somewhere when in the game. Probably due of lots of addons and i did these steps for solving my problem: 1. I did reset to ''download cache'' in my settings tab. 2. Verified game files 2-3 times. 3. Deleted and reinstalled the game. 4. Updated everything i could to be done. At now, how can i know which bug or error is causing the problem. How can i find it. I also got 29 page of addons list Like hd packages, hd interface, high qualityguns and etc. and one more to add i also install

• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card driver by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.
