Windows 10: A+ VCE "error loading file" message

A+VCE does not work anymore. The app developpers "On-labs" are out of business. And obviously microsoft support team could not help to fix the issue.

When you ask about Refund. After losing your time talking and chatting with Microsoft billing guys. Will not approve it because according to their policy. Refund must be with 30days from the purchase date. Same time billing agents can not understand that we paid momey not to use it for a certain time ( myself 7 months).


Really shameful. ..


Looking to escalate this issue to whoever can understand that problem and able to solve..

Error is,

Error loading file. If the problem persists, please report to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with a copy of this file or a pointer to its location.

 

TRIXX error message on loading

Got a bluescreen on a bad Cpu overclock that corrupted the video drivers, so I uninstalled and re-installed all the AMD CCC pkg. Now when I try to activate TRIXX, I get the following error message: "Could not create driver file (C:\Program Files (X86)\Sapphire TRIXX\|\Temp\\TRIXX.sys contains an incorrect path )".

Worked fine before the bluescreen. uninstalled and re-installed the 4 latest versions, including the 4.0 that was working. One thing for sure, there isn't a TRIXX.sys file anywhere in the computer.

Installed msi afterburner to see if it worked, and it did. (then uninstalled it)

Anybody got a suggestion ??

A+ VCE Player is not working

I'm facing the issue from almost a week. I have 2 license one for my phone and Laptop is separate both I purchased from Microsoft App Store.

Now I can't upload new .VCE file

This is the error i receive,

"Error Loading File

If the problem persists, please report to "Email" with a copy of this file or a pointer to its location.

I sent few emails but no response from the on-labs. Website giving error 404 and looks it's down.

PS. A+ VCE is not available anymore in the microsoft store.
